Powerlifting

The program will help every member improve his or her muscular strength and endurance. Our competition team is coming off an undefeated season including a boys and girls State Championship! Not all members have to be a part of the competition team. The Co-Ed Powerlifting Club runs from December through May.  We weight train 3 days per week after school and teach proper technique for all experience levels.

Meeting Information:  Preseason Meeting will be in late November. We will train Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 3-4 p.m. during the Spring Semester.
