Every athlete must have a valid/current physical on file in Skyward and must complete the online registration process each season prior to try outs.

PHYSICALS

All physicals must be uploaded using D230's Laserfische program. No drop off or mail-in will be accepted.   Physicals are good for 13 months from the date of the exam.

Once submitted, the document will be reviewed and an email will be auto-generated informing you if the physical has been accepted or rejected. Physicals must include the physician's signature, exam date and physician's participation selection.
