District 230 Parent Teacher Conferences

  • Tuesday, March 5, 2024 (12:00pm to 7pm)

    Spring Conferences will all be Virtual conferences. 

    • Virtual Conferences: Online via Google Meets, will be held from 12:00pm - 7:00pm.
      • Teacher's break from 3pm-4pm for dinner. No conferences will be scheduled during that time.
      • All appointments are 8 minutes in length. Please plan accordingly.

Day of Conference Instructions

  • STEP 1:  Login to Skyward and click on the Conferences Tile. You can then select the timeslot you would like to attend virtually.

    STEP 2: VIRTUAL: All Spring sessions will be virtual. Join the meeting at your specified time. The links will be under the 'Conferences' Tile (click arrow next to Virtual sessions).
        • Click on the Link for the conference at the scheduled time (please do not join early or late, if possible).
        • Meeting Code: if the meeting asks for a code, please enter the 10-digits at the end of the URL. For example, if the meeting link is meet.google.com/abc-defg-hij, then the code is just "abcdefghij".
        • If you are using a computer, you do not need to download any apps. If you are using a mobile device, you must download the Google Meet app from the App Store or Google Play Store. 
        • If you are not able to join via video conferencing, please email the teacher prior to 10/10/23 to connect using a different format.
