Amos Alonzo Stagg High School

All students wishing to participate in athletics must have a current physical on file and complete the online registration process.  The Athletic Department requires each participant to complete the online registration process for each sport season.  All physicals are good for 395 days.  Freshman may use their incoming freshman physical. 

Freshman or transfer students must upload their physical through the Nurse's Office Laserfiche Link.  

Sophomores, Juniors, and Senior Students must upload their physical through the Athletic Office Laserfiche Link.
